Cautionary Notice:
1. The agent needs to entrust our company to collect the items in the sending country. A detailed and accurate letter of authorization must be filled out and stamped with the company seal. Please contact our business staff to obtain a sample of the letter of authorization.
2. When entrusting our company to handle non-documentary express items, please inform the sender that a commercial invoice must be provided; otherwise, it will affect the delivery time of the express items. Our company does not provide the service of claiming on behalf of the sender.
3. After the express items arrive in Hong Kong, our company will recheck the weight and the ratio of volume to weight. The larger one will be taken as the billing weight. The calculation method for volume: length * width * height / 5000CM.
4. Our company accepts the collection of items on commission from Monday to Friday. The deadline is 4:30 PM. For items before the deadline, our company will notify and arrange the collection on the same day. It usually takes about 2-3 days for the items to arrive.
